Bird Lost in Wollongong Date Lost: 07/09/2008 Name: Scooter Age of Pet : 14 MONTHS Gender: Unkown Breed: Cockatiel Colour: Grey/white with yellow head Collar: Unknown Size: Medium Microchipped: No Desexed: No Description: Scooter was last seen at Bode Avenue North Wollongong. Scooter flew away at 9.00am 7th September. Scooter is hand raised and very tame.

Date Found: 08/09/2009 How Found: We did many laps of the neighbourhood on foot, looking in trees calling into backyards, hung Scooters favourite items over our unit balcony railing & placed our Princess Parrot out on our Balcony to make some noise and perhaps attract him. We rang the RSPCA, the local vets & Wires. But the most effective thing by far (tip received from your website) that we did was deliver flyers to mail boxes in the neighbourhood and tape A4 lost notices to telegraph poles in foot traffic areas. We had a phone call from a person that had found Scooter and had seen our notice on a telegraph pole. We also had a call from a person that had seen Scooter in a tree and had received one of our flyers. Scooter is now home and has significantly reduced flight feathers and the kids grief counselling sessions have been cancelled.

Found	Date Found: 2/9/2008 How Found: I found that he is in sutherland animal shelter now. Many thanks to them and to the person who send him to a safe place.

Found	Date Found: How Found: Thankfully found her in the nieghbours backyard... She must have started to get hungry and decided to let me know where she was with her Meowing. It certainly provided some piece of mind knowing that I had the help of LPF assisting in my Search.. Thanks.

He is mainly golden in colour with a brown nose and brown/amber eyes.
Found	Date Found: 19/08/2008 How Found: Gus was found 6 hours after we reported him missing to the RSPCA. He managed to get himself to the local Bodyworks centre and was taken in my the lovely people who worked there. They promptly called the RSPCA and we were notified our puppy was safe and sound. This site provided us with hope that we would see him again. Thank you!

He escaped on Friday night 15th August, 2008 in the Floraville (Lake Macquarie, Newcastle) area. He is sadly missed by his family and his birman sister. Date Found: 1st September 2008 How Found: Kirby was picked up by the ranger at a place called Morrissett on the other side of Lake Macquarie (miles away from home) on Sunday 31st August 2008. He was missing for 16 days. We suspect someone tried to keep him for a while and then he escaped. We are very very happy that he is back

Cat Lost in Albert Park Date Lost: 09/08/2008 Name: Leopold or Little Man Age of Pet : 18 months Gender: Male Breed: bengal (looks like a tiger) Colour: Striped black & tan Collar: gold collar with name tag and bell Size: Medium Microchipped: Yes Desexed: Yes Description: last seen on Nelson Road in Albert Park near St Vincent Gardens. He is very talkative but may not allow anyone to pick him up. He is our much loved family pet and we are devastated to have lost him.

Date Found: 11/08/08 How Found: Leopold came home tonight after 24 hours in the rain. We believe he was hit by a car and is in a very poor condition at the Vet hospital - but he's alive and a tough little guy so we're confident he'll pull through.

Date Found: 8/08/08 How Found: We did a letter box drop in our street and the few around us which resulted in the lady a few houses down ringing me to say she thought she saw my cat outside her back door then going back into the drain. It was Amber so my son went down the drain and it took half an hour to coax her out with food. We brought her back home and that was one of the happiest days of my life. Amber although hungry and thirsty looked well for her 5 days down the drain. Gave her a bath today and she has settled right back into our family as if nothing had happened. My advice is DONT GIVE UP HOPE!!! They do survive and stay around their area even if you might think your cat couldnt survive out in the big world ( Like I did Amber was and is a inside cat) they can and do. kind regards and thoughts with everyone who is still looking!!!!!

Microchipped: Yes Desexed: No Description: She is quite big, about a metre high, great tan colour. Has a long ridge on her back. Very friendly. Barely barks. Has a small white diamond on the front of her chest. She was wearing a big red jacket at the time. She could also have been accompanied by another big, black dog with small brown patches around the face (rottie x)who went missing the same time as she did. Last seen at home at Fairfield, could have been wondering around Fairfield forum around 8pm on a Wednesday night.

Date Found: How Found: We contacted our local pound two days after she went missing. They told us a Ridgeback had just been brought in and there she was. A little frightened and in shock, took her a while to recognise us again but when she did it was total joy. We are so glad and happy that she is back home safe and sound. I didn\\\'t end up needing your service after all but help me put my mind at ease that I did everything I could to find her. Thanks.
